🔄 Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

• Please email support@branchterior.com within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the damage and your order number

• We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the case
